I. Basic Form 1 Kicho 1
*Unless otherwise noted, all forms start from ready stance - chunbi position*
1. Turn left 90* into left forward stance >left down block.
2. Step forward into right forward stance >right middle punch.
3. Turn right 180* & step into right forward stance >right down block.
4. Step forward into left forward stance >left middle punch.
5. Return to center, step left 90* into left forward stance >left down
block.
6. Step forward into right forward stance >right middle punch.
7. Step forward into left forward stance >left middle punch.
8. Step forward into right forward stance >right middle
punch...KIUP...(YELL)
9. Turn left 270* moving left foot to form left forward stance >left
down block.
10. Step forward into right forward stance >right middle punch.
11. Turn right 180* & step into right forward stance >right down block.
12. Step forward into left forward stance >left middle punch.
13. Return to center, step left 90* into left forward stance >left down
block.
14. Step forward into right forward stance >right middle punch.
15. Step forward into left forward stance >left middle punch.
16 Step into right forward stance >right middle punch...KIUP...(YELL)
17. Turn left 270* moving left foot to form left forward stance >left
down block.
18. Step forward into right forward stance >right down block.
19. Turn right 180* & step into right forward stance >right down block.
20. Step forward into left forward stance >left middle punch.
